Shipping & delivery
We currently plan to ship orders rather than offer local pickup. Standard shipping is $5.99 for merchandise subtotals under $60, and free for merchandise subtotals of $60 or more (before taxes); the final shipping and tax amounts will be shown before payment.
Processing time: To be confirmed before launch. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Once an order ships, tracking information may be supplied by email when customer notifications are enabled.
Returns & order issues
Personalized items are generally nonrefundable unless defective or not as promised. For an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can review it.
Before launch: Confirm your reporting window, eligibility details, and any cancellation policy. Nothing here limits rights provided by applicable law.

Can I pick up my order?
No local pickup is planned. Orders will be shipped.
What sizes are in the holiday collection?
The initial crewneck range is Small, Medium, Large, XL, and 2XL, subject to availability.
Are the product pictures exact?
Product images may be mockups. Actual colors and print placement may vary slightly.
How can I check on an order?
Contact us using your order number. Self-service order tracking has not been enabled yet.
Can I order a custom design?
Contact us to ask about custom work and availability.
Customer privacy
Checkout is still in development, and no live purchases are being accepted through this preview. Before enabling live checkout, AF Custom Creations will publish a complete privacy notice covering customer information, payment processing, fulfillment, email communication, retention, and privacy rights.
Card payments are planned to be processed through Square; this preview uses Square sandbox only.
